what were your first thoughts when you discovered MFK?

My first thoughts were holy crap FINALLY some people I can relate to. For the first week I lived on MFK and so began the next level of fishkeeping for me!

To be frank, and honest, firstly, some GREAT info on here unavailable elsewhere, and fellow fishkeepers which is great,

but then I saw all the flaming and the arrogance of some moderators.

So... it was, and is, a bittersweet relationship.

Sorry to hear that you view us MODS this way. For somebody who has only been on the site for less than a year please understand that it takes alot of teamwork, time, and patience to MOD this site.

Many issues and things come up that we must deal with so that the board runs smoothly regular members like yourself often do not have a clue as to what goes on behind the scenes here.

If you have a problem with a MOD feel free to pm Neo.

If you dont like the site you're always welcome to leave...

Thats what I meant by it...I understand that you don't like seeing people flamed, no one does, its just that flaming is on every forum and impossible to get rid of...thats all.

Dude, Im f***ing around, cool out.. I was blown away by the information and ammount of active members posting. So much so that I have abandoned the other 2 sites I was on at the time. The only aspect that I really didnt care was the Hybrid subforum . That was a joke also . I guess sarchasm is truly an artform..
