supposed to be guarranteed delivery by noon.
still not here, checked tracking #, showing has not even left the originating state. Called local post office , was told it's not in town , nothing they can do.
anyone has the same experience with USPS express? did your fish survive? mine has 2 motoro stingrays in it with 3 heat packs, temp here is around 40F cold. temp at originating state (MA) is also at 40F

i assume you're talking about the vendor replacing the shipment?(this vendor does guarantee live arival).. my hope is the rays are ok and get here later on today. i did talk to the vendor but i didn't see the point of discussing about replacement until i know the condition of the rays when they get here.

just got off the phone with the locla post office, for sure not gonna be today. keeping figer crossed that they would arrive ok hopefullly tomorrow.

Using USPS overnight does not guarantee next day delivery. If you are too far it sometimes takes two days.
Whomever the vendor is should have seen whether it was going to take 1 day or 2 when he checked
and gave you your quote.

Hope all goes well.
