i thought usps make delivery on sat as well... am i wrong?

They do.... I typically shoot for shipments leaving on Tuesday/Wednesday.... that way there's a couple of days should it be delayed and Friday/Saturday being the absolute latest. You can never be too careful when you rely on someone else..... so, an day early is my "fail-safe".

as long as the fish is packaged correctly with oxygen and heat packs then the fish should be ok for 48hrs, i had a leichardti arrowana that took 2 days to get to me and it was fine when i got it.

cool, i'm not worried about the o2. if the rays die it would be because of the cold weather, it's hovering around 40F both in MA and here in Co

Any news today? Have you tried tracking the package online today or perhaps making some phone calls?

I had the same experience with USPS. I kept checking and it showed the package never left. About a week later, I got something in the mail saying the package was water damaged and they were not able to ship it. I was in constant contact with the seller and he said to send him all the original invoice to him and he will claim damages. He refunded me the money for the fish and 50% shipping cost and never left me hanging. I got lucky because the seller was a great guy who BTW is from Aquabid.
