Well,my trio is very skittish and although it has been quite a while since I have had young kelberi I do recall the same skittishness in other young kels I have had in the past.They eventually settled down and grew out of it though so I am not too concerned about it at this point in time.

Yea definelty didn't mean anything to worry about. Like I said just curious to see how they develop and maybe give monster another shot for some bass

Hah! I've been hooked on big cichlids for years.I had a Boulengerochromis back in the day and they don't get much bigger than that.
