Da f*** is this? Not an anubias nana. or at least a live one.RIP nanas.

Light set up. I need to figure out a way to make a holder for the light to stand up. Currently using H clips?

not very stable. Temporary fix. Any ideas on what to make to hold the light up?

looks thick, but the light is about an inch wide. extra 1/2 inch on each side for the reflector.

Cant wait for the big day that you can add poly:)
me too!

Current stats: pH 7.6 , ammonia: 0, nitrite 0, nitrate: 15ppm..maybe 20ppm.

Is this a high level for nitrate given my stock:

current stock is:
2 parrot fish,
4 zebra danios,
3 glolight danios.

CAN I GET THE POLYS NOWWWWW? please haha.

Pull the nana out o' the sand lass! Its guot ta breath!
weird. Okay. lol. Yeah I know this might be hard to believe, but I'm not a natural botanist. I trust your plant skills! I dug them up and found this:

Yeah, Vals and swords are planted in the substrate. Anubias and java ferns not. You can tie them to a rock or DW to look like they're planted though!

Cut leaves that aren't mostly whole like this one. Cut as close to the base as you can with sharp scissors.

Or anything that looks melted like the curvy one here. You can cut just below the melted spot, not nec. The whole leaf unless it all looks sad.

I personally wouldn't worry about the frayed edges of the vals.
