What's the difference between a short body and a bonsai/coin type?

One of my lfs guy says that SB and bonsai are same but my friends and myself think they are different. What's the truth?

Sb is compact bonsai is drawf and compact. Anyone else care to input?

So short body has a smaller overall footprint while bonsai has a deformed body kind of like a parrot cichlid?

I wouldn't say deformed but yed. Most ZZ are short body vs kamfa which are longer/ larger fish. Bonsai only get maybe 7 max of around 8 and are tall like a parrot
