I'm going to have to say a full grown GATF is the most physically scary aquatic animal. and the most dangerous aquatic animal WITHOUT posion. I'll go with the blue ring for overall kill you the fastest.

manowar (i have seen exhibits that have these in large tanks) and there is a type of conch that lives off the coast of australia that can literally kill you before you even know whats going on. someone help me with the name of this!

i guess what i'm thinking of has already been mentioned.... cone shells. but they are nasty! they have the most potent venom known to man! and there is no antivenom available for their sting

Actually box jellies are far deadlier than cones.
And I'm 99% sure that blue rings are more venomous as well.
