My story this was a couple of years ago

My uncle met a guy at work who had a reticulated python. It was 8 foot and in a 30 gallon. It was also in bad shape and had RI. My uncle took the retic. It is now 15 foot and has a nice 20'x5'x5' enclosure with a 5 foot in diameter pond

Reminds me of how I got my snapping turtle. I was at a friends of a friends house and I said something about my turtle and this guy said "I got me a Pitbull Turtle." Then showed me a snapping turtle in a igloo ice chest with the top shut! Then poked it in the face with a yard stick till it opened its mouth and said "See its like a Pitbull". At that point I knew I was going to buy the turtle, or use the money to get him drunk enough to steal it.

Someone will the ability to actually take care of that thing should pm that guy and try to buy it. He wont want to sell it at first, but wait till he runs out of jim beam and gold spray paint. He will take 200 bucks for that guy = )
