I have a tank that looks exactly like yours. Not even muriatic acid cleaned it.

Absolutely agree with Redear. I had purchased a Top Fin 120g 60x18x26 tank and had it for two years. When I was in the process of upgrading to a 210g, I decided I would sell the 120g. When I started to clean it up to sell I noticed the bottom frame had cracked in two opposite corners. I was bummed because I knew it would lower the price I would get for it. I then remembered the warranty and called Petsmart and spoke with a manager. He said to bring it back. I did have my receipt still so it made for an easy return. They ended up refunding me the total amount for the tank and stand (apx $650). No issue what so ever. Basically I got to rent the set up for two years for free! So I would recommend taking the picture with you and speak to a manager about it and see what they can do. Never hurts to ask.

I normally avoid taking pics of this tank, but took this yesterday to show how bad the un-removable stain/film/whatever it is, is.
