You can refuse to sell any fish you want man. If they refuse to provide the animal with adequate living conditions, then I have the authority to refuse to sell anyfish I want to anybody I want and thats the bottom line. They can go talk to a manager but that won't help because the manager will always side with me.

Yeah i was at a LFS the other day and the owner knew who his customer was.
He was saying stuff to the costomer like "yeah, you see Joe (using fake name lol) told me you already have too many fish for your tank, and i wouldnt be able to sell you anymore, its inhumane" and i think he might have said something about taking his fish away!!! must have been pretty bad!

Also im getting a job at an Aquarium store within the next few weeks hopefully!!! YAY! and i'll be suuuuch a good sales person lol!

Yeah i would hate to sell an animal to someone that cant care for it.
I'd always ask them what size tank they have, if they buy a fish hat grows over a foot long or even 11". I'll just slip it into conversation with them lol "so uh, how long you been fish keeping?, oh yeah thats cool, and how big is your tank?" lol

, I do the same thing dude. I always manage to slip it in there somewhere through a little small talk. Especially when people ask for the bigger fish. I don't ask when they want mollies or tetras as much as i should. Can you believe there are a bunch of people asking me how many fish they can cram into a 5 gallon tank.

if you work @ petco or petsmart you shouldnt even care what people want or do with those fish. They dont keep em in good conditions anyway and they overpriced.

But if you @ a LFS then yeaj boot they ***eS. Unless you got some fish they ask for that you need to get rid of.
