i bought a pacu for a 125 cause i was told he was a dwarf pacu who would only get 10-12 inches long, total bs!!!!! and a clown knife i was told would go with some barbs in a 30 gallon southeast asia biotope, again total bs!!!!! also a brackish water dragon goby for a freshwater tetra community, again total bs!!!!!! dang i need to stop listening to that fish store >=[

I just went and picked up a 75 gallon tank, stand, cover, and filter for 100. It feels like i just went to a junkyard and paid them to take garbage! The only thing that was decent was the canister. I just felt obligated to buy it and at 17 years of age i couldn't say no. FML

lol sounds like most of these are bad research on the store or buyers part but my worst buy would prob be when i got a little silver dollar and it brought ick with it killed alot of my fish in a few days even though i treated for it i was just starting back then and didn't notice the ick because it was so shiny. my best buy would be when i got a freshwater lionfish that they said was like a scavengeing catfish lol for $1.99 it was supposed to be $9.99 but they wrote it on the tank wrong. i made it up to em lol
