Beautiful tank, but for a church would'nt the money spent on all this be better off helping the poor, homeless, etc?

I guess being in the god business is good. Money to burn. I would be embarrassed to attend that church.

I agree 100%.

I mean it's a really nice tank and stuff but it's hard not to get a sour taste knowing how it was acquired.

Isn't it how most religious institutions founded and based? Draining all the money from the naive people? And as of late it has been revealed that also the pedo join the demagogues.

your missing the point...when the church heads get busted in a scandal, which seems to happen ALL the time, you could buy the place at auction....gut the "church" stuff and add more tanks ... charge admission and breed and sell fish from there...
