What's this about???? First I have a problem where you were talk about the fish being too large in our tank.....but you were talking about fish generally, so my guppy is too big for my 30gal tank?

Not lots of freshwater fish species that reached 6 to 10 feet.

I dont understand whats your deal with you against us for keep fish in aquariums and against us for catching, keeping and breeding them?

By way I am one of these people who put a coat on a dog so he can stay warm......because he is not a husky, just a little dashund.

Killdog, dude I been in your shoes! Dont do it! I had one and strongly regreted it! I got rid of it after a year! They are a big pain in the azz! They get spooked easily and start crashing into everything, hurting decor, filter, and mostly themselves! He ripped up my plastic plants and was taking chunks out of my driftwood! He broke my old oscars bottom jaw in half! Not evan mentioning how fast and big they grow! I strongly encourage for you to just forget about pacus!

Apparently the Humane Society did not give a writing test prior to employment. Have you ever heard of punctuation? Just throwing out a period every 22 words does not suffice.

What fish does Rapps sell that get to be 10 feet long? Just curious.

Lol ok there is no problem with keeping a fish in a fish tank as long as you have the proper tank size. I realize that my tanks are too small and these will be my last pacu, but seriously stop about this humane society crap why do you say we can't keep fish in fish tanks? It's been a hobby for many years and just because some one posing as the humane society says not to is not going to change anything but make you sound ignorant and stupid SharptoothBass, so just lay off on this kind of crap because no one appreciates it.

I don't think he was critcizing you're tank size, I think he was just pointing out the hipocracy in the popular statement "your tank is too small." I agree with him, if you asked people if a 30g tank would be enough for a couple of guppies, almost everyone would say that a 30g would be more than enough for those guppies, but if you think about it, that is nothing near the amount of space they would be given in the wild, so it's like taking a person out of their open world and making them live in a small warehouse for the rest of their life. I know it wouldn't make sense to say people shouldn't keep fish, all I'm saying is that there is no perfect tank size for any fish, so the best thing you can do is just provide your fish what you can.

But you see a fish can live happy in a fish tank if they are properly taken care of and fed, instead of in the wild a little guppy swimming along then let's say a piranha pops out of no where and eats it. The fish tank is safer lol.
