My friends dad claims to have a REAL bigfoot encounter... I am not going to tell story cause i will get hate but he is a ranger at PARAPSCO PARK IN MARYLAND THERE ARE ALOT OF SIGHTINGS IN AND AROUND PATAPSCO AND ONE WAS ACTUALLY BONES... AND EVERY TIME THERE IS A SIGHTING THE SAME EXACT BLACK GOVERNMENT VANS COME AND TAPE OFF THE AREA!!!

Ya somebody found a giant skeleton in patapsco and called the cops thinking it was a murdered human but, it turned out to be unidentified DNA and government quickly took the body away.

I'm not trying to flame on you, but if the government is involved in cover-ups, why do they always use black vans and helicopters to deploy agents? If things are supposed to be secretive, why not something less conspicuous? And more to the point, why would any government be involved in covering up something like cryptid animals? I can see why they hide matters of national security but I don't I can't even play devil's advocate for something like sasquatch
sssssshhhhhhhhhhhhh the government coverup these cryptid cause secretly they poops gold and other forms of rare minerals. Seriously I doubt government even consider anything of the sort. waste of taxpayer money and in this economy ever dollar counts.
There's a guy on YouTube with a very entertaining theory that Bigfoot and surviving Neanderthals. I will have to dig that one up.

No he didn't. When people believe in things like ghosts and mythological creatures, their brain makes them want to believe they see and hear things. I don't believe in bigfoot. So if I saw a questionable creature somewhere I would believe it whatever animal inhabits that area. You gotta use common sense to make rational decisions. Just like people have said over and over in this thread, you have to think about probability of a certain animals living and breeding in an area. How would it survive, why would it remain undetected and so on. Given the area he saw a supposed "bigfoot" it definitely was not a bigfoot.
To be fair, even deepsea giants are rarely sighted. Megamouth shark- has only sighted 55 times since the first discovery of this species. A giant Goblin shark were recently caught and that it is around 18-20 feet long. Some beaked whale species has never sighted alive and are known from the remains that washed up on the beach, just like giant squids. Even dwarf & pygmy sperm whales and pygmy right whales are rarely sighted. I'm just saying that it's huge sea and many giant sea creatures are not well-studied or sighted alive. We don't even how many of these rare-sighted whales left on the earth.

found this while fishing a few weeks ago, def. Kept looking over my shoulder afterwards. I was a good 1-2 miles away from anywhere a human would go without shoes.
P.s. no this is not my foot i was wearing boots and there were no other tracks around, a few partials and a clear trail through the water about 3 ft. Out like something was trying to hide them lol
