^^^ kind of hard to decide because they are identical but I think the upper manueli would be a better choice since the bottom manueli has a small bump on its chin. as far as character/ aggressiveness you will have to decide that for yourself since you are there to watch them in person.
"the bottom" always swim against the glass divider that how he got the bump on his chin

I think you should pick one and bring the other to me in Ohio.
That cannot be done :D

Both of them are very beautiful but I would probably choose the top one because it looks rounder, the bottom one is thinner in my opinion.
i'll keep that in mind

as I have mentioned I chose the top manueli but assuming that the one in the bottom does not have a bump on the chin the bottom one would actually also look nice once it reaches 6" onwards. if you noticed the bottom manny it's tail is facing downwards. my personal experience some adult P's that have their tail pointing downwards looks more aggressive. so if you have the chance or means to purchase both then do it. setup 2 40 gallon breeders for now to house them temporarily and see with looks better months from now. throw in an emperor 400 on each of the 40 breeder and you'll have a happy and healthy manny. eventually they will need bigger tanks but for now this will do. don't worry about the other one being thinner bec you can always nurse that back into a healthier P since its a solitary fish so you'll have all the time to care for it. if it's not eating starve it for a week and I guarantee you it'll have a big appetite after that assuming your water parameters are perfect.
it still 50-50 going to get both of them...

Very nice :)

I made a mistake, those are Cryptocoryne aponogetifolia, not C. balansae. I like them much more than Vallisneria plants, which where very messy and spreading too quickly.

Here the video version, still I can not decided lol

thanks for the video. after watching this heck it's the clear choice the one on the left is the winner. no chin bump and very aggressive. these chin bumps on P's don't go away...they just get bigger and the only way to remove it is trim or cut it out which we all know not everyone will do this procedure. if you still have the means to buy both do it but otherwise just purchase that manny on the left before someone else buys that:).
