throw them in the smoker...i am just going to be feeding them to my fish...smoked redhorse is amazing...

as to the white bass...i geuss i am the only one who has them in a tank...i will post an update thread in a while as it is doing great and started eatting market shrimp...

Ive heard about using a smoker....what about the bones?

the flesh just falls off the bones...i just gut and dehead/gill them and smoke them...after they are done i peel the skin off and pick the flesh out and pick through the bones...they have very large bones so it isn't hard, like a smoked trout/salmon...

damn...now i am hungry...i'll have to get some red horse this weekend...:drool::drool:

mine eats prawn and some feeders...it is kept with a florida gar, silver arowana, 2 peacock bass, a clown knife, 3 sen bichirs, an angelfish, a common pleco, a lima cat, a jurunese cat and i have dats and more bichirs to add when they wont get eatten...
