Who catches there own fish at a LFS?

3 of them let me catch the fish i want

I have never even asked. But when I get my plecos If I see a net come out ill stop them and get the fish my self.

I do it at some places, specifically at a place I've worked.

I do it myself at smaller stores but not at chain stores although many times I've asked the kid to hand over the bag after several awkward attempts to tie it up resulting in a flacid bag with the fish squished in a corner.

I have an LFS w/ an 8" CL not for sale and employees that hardly come to the back where the fish were, so I've though about netting it myself before, but I have a conscience

only at one place and only if i am being helped by a particular employee. but just for fun, ive never felt like i needed to. At the stores i visit i know who the competent employees are and thats who i deal with.
