I hear the OP's point, but this whole site knows damn well a good percentage of us wouldn't know 75+% of the fish we are into now........................if we never came here.
As n00bs, with small tanks.

Oh, and large tanks cost more than multiple mortgage payments.
So this would be a heavy-hitter site only, no fun.

Fishkeeping is my hobby,my passion. I enjoy looking at any fish small or large in any tank again small or large. I would like to think that the less experienced amongst us could come on this site and get invaluable information/advice from the more experienced. These people with small tanks could be the monster tank keepers of the future who at the moment are on a limited budget or are limited for space for that monster tank. For these reasons i say let them stay and if you don't like it don't read their posts.

I am getting tired of hearing about all these peoples 5-55gal aquariums. I know that this is a fish related site but we are ]V[onster fish keepers right. We have the sister site Aquaria Central. That's where these people belong IMO. I know that you can keep some monster fish in a 55 so i'll change my mind real quick and say 40 or less.

I am just tired of guys who post on here and all they have is a 5hex and a beta. COME ON.

You do not even need a tank to be a member...I know of at least one mod with 0 tanks.......This is (hopefully) an information melting pot, not monsterspace....

we aren't monsterfishkeepers because of how big our fish grow or how big our tanks are, but it is because of our obsession of fish, which is monstrous and thus we all with such obsession are monsterfishkeepers

To be honest, im offended by this thread, my biggest is a 55gal..seriously.
