I really think my old guy will be 20" from 4" in less then a year of its purchase date of September 25th. Heck he only has around 5.5" to go and a little less then six months to get there!

I have officially the slowest growing Armatus. At only 9 inches..... Been off live since 4. And is just fine with a variety of tank mates.....
I believe that R1 probobly has the biggest one unless anyonbe else aquired one and still has it from Gs first batch? If I'm not mistaken I think his is around the 24in mark.

DB junkie;1705665; said:Hard to get confirmation on size from the pics but Trevs a good source so I believe it. BUT was it wild caught at 2' is my question. Like I said when I asked around NO ONE had confirmation of them being kept in a home aquarium and reaching over a foot. I couldn't believe it....it's not like they're hard to keep (unlike Scombs)
I would also like to know where that footlong Scomb is............
Hopefully it's not in a freezer. I'de really like to see the footlong myth disproved. Unfortunatly neither one of mine wanted to.

The video I was thinking about is below, and I misremembered. It was a scomb (I said "Rhaph or scomb..."), and it looks to be only about 12 inches or so. Still a beastly scomb. We'll have to ask Fugu where this scomb stands today..

Oh, and Randy bro, I cant say it enough. Raider is a beast now. Great job bro. Keep up the good work. I wanna see a 30"er in your tank![]()
