How else would you level it if the floor is out of whack shims is all I've seen done??Propping up one side on such a tiny point creates a big pressure point rather than distributing load across the base of the stand.
Concrete or wood floors??I have a 220g in a apartment on the bottom floor. Previous apartment I had a 125g on the second floor with no problems.
