Well judgeing by the fact a Silver cost you when young about $70-$100 and a Red Asain with Certificate of the same size runs you $4000, you'd think the keepers of these rare asains don't screw up and leave tanks open or improperly lidded tanks. And I am sure they keep the water A-plus.
Also the Arro in Asain culture is for Wealth and Prosperity, many asain business showcase Arro's for this reason.
Anyway in the last week here in my home town amazingly one fish store sold 1 Green Arro for $1800, it was 15 inch, he also sold one Red Finned Arro for $1500 and another for $1200, and today he sold a True Red Arro he just got in, was only 6 inch in size for $4000 to a veitnamese (sp) lady. All his Arro's come with certification aswell.
