You have no idea how many times I have been tempted. I have to bite my cyber tongue sometimes I go ahead and type it out then never post it.

hahaha yeah like at another forum some elitist told me my stocking list was really bad it would never work etc etc turns out it was some kid who had a 10 gallon aquarium

the mature side of me ignores it but the irrational side wants to fight trolls with trolling, not sure how strict the mods are here re: flaming though

Lol burn em... No seriously though there are a lot of people who have no idea about fish they buy. If you are asking what to feed your aro, instantly I think okay this guy just saw one and now doesn't know what to do with it? Maybe try to do some research and ask specific questions.

And now the other part that bothers me... Really? Can't take a lil criticism? Grow up. people will always judge you. I'll try to keep it nice so you don't get upset, but come onnnnnnnn. Sounds like one of the lamest posts I've ever read. "I'm so sad because somebody picked on me so I'm going to post that I'm not posting anymore.". Do yourself a favor if you post some weak stuff like this, invest in a nomex body suit because you are about to get flamed!

advice is always better then flaming people in my opinion. You can never be postive enough to say that will never work maybe just say maybe it might not work. Everyone needs help and advice at some point thats why we are all here

I've met some really cool people on here but it's difinitly some lames hiding behind the screen that get their rocks off by downing others. Probably them same ones who got chased home from school. They are the ones who will act like they were born knowing this hobby....

I'm just saying.......

Then don't disclose the tank size, just ask what to feed arowanas. people here actually care about the fish, and dont like to see them mistreated- they aren't trying to be mean, they just love these animals. if your going to stop posting because someone is suggesting you create a better environment for your pets, then i guess this forum is probably better off without you.

That works in theory, but its kinda like parents telling kids to ignore the school yard bully.
What is one of the first questions people on here ask when anyone makes a post. It seems like it is always whats your tank size, filtration, parameters, tank mates, etc... So you feel compelled to give all the information up front so no follow up questions are needed.

To the OP, if you have issues with offensive posting and/or rude comments, please report them to the staff so that we may look into the issue.
