Very nice!!!

thx guys, they are twice as thick as my escondido.
since they lived in the wild for a long time, they should have potential to reach maximum size right?
When Ira imported these, he kept male in 125g and female in a separate 125g alone to avoid fin nipping.
Each tank has like 4 filters+air pump and water was crystal clean. In addition, I really like their mouth&head structure; lip is rounded and the head is bulky, unlike other texas.
Those are very uncommon, if you want to have a pair of these, pm him immediately so he doesn't have to pay extra shipping fees, hes will be placing an order tomorrow and might be able to get another pair of vontehillo if possible, along with wild caught dovii, freddies...etc

I told you you would like them! Just remember me if you ever get fry ;)

Even with junk pics and bad lighting the specimens look insane.

They will hurt your eyes with color when they eat good and settle in.

Go borrow a DSLR and a tripod!

Those are nice man, love the pearling on them.
Thank you, i've been looking for a rare carpintis for a while.
Those are great!
thanks.
Those are NICE!!

Very nice!!!
thanks, yours look nice too. I was going to get Chariel, but I thought about it, i don't want to waste money on low quality Carpintis anymore.
thx!

I think the big one is ready, because its changing color, half of its body has dark stripes and its chain turned blue, and since the kkp laid eggs on the big flowerpot, it took the smaller one. The problem is the big one is too aggressive toward the smaller vontehillo, keeps chasing.
