Wild caught red devil

If you want a wild caught one wait for one to come around. You don't want buyers remorse with your fish.

Yeah, the appeal is there but in my opinion cost vs cost I'd rather take the f1's since they still have the genes.

I know what your saying and what everyone else is saying I know F1's are the same as wild caught. It just one fish that I have always want was a wild caught red devil and I am giving him or her a 125 gallon tank to him or her self so u am willing to wait it out if I have too

Oh I'm not saying it's a bad thing for you, I'm just to impatient. I truly hope you can find a wild caught specimen for your needs. You could still contact Jeff and see if he would have a lead for you to obtain one. Even if he doesn't have any he might be able to help you with your hunt, I'm sure he has contacts.

I think its the redder color and larger lips that would sell me a wild caught RD over an F1... not just the status of it being wild caught. I've owned Wild caught grey RDs before and they were something.

F1 are technically still wild fish being bred from wild fish making it to where they don't have any history of being bred in aquariums before that
