Will a dwarf puffer be good with my convicts

i just looked at all of his posts, there is a pic of his tank, and he seems to just get minimal info and dives right in with out really knowing anything... i know everyone starts someplace... if i were him i would read up on fish care and about diffrent fish, to save himself and his fish a world of misery

Not cool dude, puffers aren't only mean, but they are tortures. They will beat you up for no reason, shred your fins, and then swim around all nice begging for food. Cons have a tough personality too, but they would not be able to handle 10 dwarfs. I just hope you were joking, I know you have only had your puffer a little bit so maybe you don't know their attitudes yet.

The dwarf puffer, no matter how much smaller he is in comparison to your other fish, WILL ATTACK them.

my grandmother has had a cory for atleast a year now by itself, there was a pair, but one died... the fish is fine. he swims, eats thats it.. hes a cory. The pleco will outgrow, but for the mean time, let him grow!!! who cares... the cons will HONESTLY kill whatevr they decide not to like once they have babies... my cons are whooping JDs as we speak. The hermit crab would be a quick snack for a puffer, but if he's made it this far in the tank , sound slike he can manage for longer... man do what makes you happy, its YOUR money, your TIME, and your TANK... might just wanna upgrade the gallons, but the power to ya!

what a poor statement to make. So if keeping an arowana in a 75 gallon tank for life would make me happy, and its my money and my tank, it okay to do it??

C'mon lets think of the animal here, not ourselves. Fish have to be one of the most abused animals in the world because people think they can do what ever they want.

im not going to get a dp in their tank, i was just seeing what people thought of it, and im buying a diff tank for it.

Original post says you wanted to know if a dp would work in a 20 with 2 cons. if you are going to get another tank for the dp then why ask.


To re state: Your pleco WILL get too big for the tank its in, the cory WILL NOT be happy by itself, the cons WILL seriousely hurt and/or kill Every other fish in the 20 gal when they start to breed, tank is TOO SMALL for what you have in it, much less add anythig else!
Cruelty is WRONG no matter what the circumstances.
Haveing said that, I hope you come to you senses before you kill your fish.
Think...Would you keep a cat in a dog house with 2 pitbulls a ferret and a bald eagle? Youre contemplateing doing the same thing with your fish.
