Will he survive?

This afternoon he's looking better activity wise but there's definitely some fungus growing in :( I can't get a good picture of the body because he's hiding behind the driftwood but here's a picture if the fungus growing on the head.

It's right behind the left eye.

I need to move him into qt but the only spare tank I have is a 10g and he's about 14" long. I'm going to assume that this would be too small for him?

10 gals is too small. Moving it will stress it out.
 
Yup, add salt and do a WC in the 150 gallon tank.. No meds needed. They will do more harm than good.
 
I agree , A move will add stress , stress is the worst thing for recovery. Lowering water levels is also a great suggestion boosting aeration and WC's with some Salt should be plenty to turn him around.

I doubt it's Fungus your seeing, as part of the healing process he will start to shed away the slime coat which will look like stringy/fuzzy white stuff sloughing off the body. Completely normal after a trip onto the floor.
