Calling all pike experts!!!!!!

I am thinking about picking up some Crenicichla sp. 'Xingu I' commonly known as the Orange pike. They are all about 8-10 inches and have really bad injuries/hith holes. My question is are they still treatable or is it too late for them? LMK. Here are some pics of them.

What do you mean by recover?

Meaning if you were to treat them with medication for HITH, its progress would stop and the disease would be eliminated, but there will always be pockmarks. I can't even believe someone let the disease get that far.
