Woke up to some random guy in our house?!?!

yeah the guy is in jail now.. but its just unbelievable how he attacked me one morning and i didn't even know who he was then i sort recognised him and thought hold on i've seen him around a few times..!

its a pity pepper spray isnt available here or a gun i'd definitely use it because they don't know what its like to be stalked by some crazy guy then attacked. now if a guy who is entirely normal comes up to me and tries to talk to me when im out, im never sure if he is a crazy stalker or not lol. after that guy attacked me i went to france for a long holiday, i wasnt happy in my local area.

that happened to me before,almost a similar situation, took the baseball bat out when i woke up, took the blanket off, then when i look at the dude sleeping in my couch, i then realized that it was my buddy that slept over last night bcuz we were both drinking heavily lol so...

So just thought I'd share a little story about my morning....

My boyfriend and I both have to work this morning so we go to bed pretty early last night, about 10 or 11pm. My boyfriends alarm goes off this morning and he hits the snooze (as usual ) and about half awake half asleep he hears some guy mumbling. He thinks "what the hell is that" goes out in our living room and there is some 40ish year old dude sleeping on our couch. He wakes me up, grabs the shotgun, and goes out there and says "alright, time to wake up and get the **** OUT!" The guy wakes up (our house now smelling like booze) and is obviously drunk. He said "his friend dropped him off here" This guy wouldn't leave! He said he was going to use the bathroom first and we are like "hell no you aren't" lol, you're going to leave! We call the cops and then he realizes he probably should leave. The cops get here, they go find him and arrest him because of another warrant (DUI).

He must have come through the window that we left open because we are sure we locked the door. I'm just still amazed because this guy could have killed us! What if he had waken up before us? What would he have done? Wandered around our house? Stolen valuables? We are not going to press charges because he was pretty harmless. There is a bar right down the street so my guess is he wandered from there. Was it wrong for my boyfriend to pull a gun on this guy?!

What a weird situation huh? What would you guys do if you woke up and there was a strange drunk man sleeping on your couch?!

yeah they did catch him in the end then i realised from cctv he'd been following me for a long time and i had absolutely no idea!!! that was the scariest thing ever.

also the op might consider carrying pepper spray - maybe its legal over there?!

here it isnt... which gives women absolutely no protection at all.. no guns, nothing...!

yea it sucks we cant get any good stuff over here.
i did something a while back that was incredibly stupid and childish but i asked these blokes back to mine that we met in the pub. 3 of them and 3 of us, generally u think ur safe.
anyway, after the beer and wine dried up people started going and i was left with these 2. one was ok, quite quiet and the other was gobby s***.
all of a sudden the gooby one jumped on me and straddled me so my legs and arms were between his legs and asked the other one "what shall we do with her" the other one looked at him and looked at me then back at the other bloke and laughed.
with that i wriggled a bit, pushed him back slightly so i could get my legs up to his nether regions and gave him a sharp crack the family jewels...he didnt move!!! so i managed to pull both legs out from under neath him and up to my chest and kicked him with feet and he fell in to my fire (wasnt lit at the time).
he then had the nerve to climb straight back up so i gave him a couple of black eyes he then left.
the other one that was quiet the whole time is now a fairly good mate...apparently knew i could defend myself which is y he laughed.

freaky though. self defense classes neer and a few boxing lessons.

haha chuck the heels although tbh in a time of need they r ur best friend...nothing a 4" stilleto heel cant do lol

lol those bloke were eejit, except for the one im mates with now lol.
but like i said, i was stupid to do it in the first place, if something had happened it would have been my own fault...and obviously ellie was staying at my mums the night.
i think adrenaline rush had a lot to do with it.
