Miguel, those are beautiful Molossers of the purest type true acent blood runs in those veins. I would love to own one of those magnifacent animals.
very well saidIMO dogs like tha labradoodle and pugle are mutts with a fancy name used to make a quick buck. Breeding two breeds together for the the purpose of combining trates in order to enhance the working abilities is and has has been common throughout history all the breeds we have today came about that way. If hunters thought the breeding of a Poodle and a Lab would improve it's ability to hunt (Poodles were originally water retrivers and working lines still exsist today very similar to the Portuguese Water Dog) they would do it and if it was an improvement over what they had they would continue to produce a dog like the Curyl Coated Retriver. If it wasn't an imporvement they would stop doing it. I have no issue with that it is how breeds were created, through nesessity. To do it to turn a quick buck and creat a designer dog is wrong IMO, hell if that's the case the pound is full of "Designer Dogs" go get one.
I am not sure but it seems like this is pet-only fad. I think these people use the "hybrid vigor" rationale.
Although this is increasing, I don't foresee true breed lines being destroyed altogether. there is a huge purist base.

I got my dog from the pound, he is not a designer dog by any means, but more like a mutt bread with a mutt. Still, he is the the smartest and best behaved dog i've ever owned because I spent timeless hours training him from a puppy. For this reason of giving a dog a good home, I would recommend that you look at the pound before encouraging breeders to make more "throw away" dogs.View attachment 902579
