Hope it passes. Can try some Epsom salt 1tbsp per 5g to help aid in getting it out.

Won’t do much for the torn fin. It’s not a true salt. Clean water should do the trick.
Would give it several days after dosing the Epsom salts and check the lump. If it passes then good but if not then feed with small portion sized foods. The gravel likely won’t pass if the lump is there.
What would the prognosis be from here? Is this a death sentence or is he just going to be a lumpy guy?
I've seen it go both ways. 
I hope it passes or doesn't cause problems with your little guy. Can you remove the rest of the gravel? I feel like this happens more with captive bred fish.

that it looks like you have two senegals - one albino, one regular. Not a palmas.
I'm not an expert on water changes, but doing 1 gallon 3x/day seems like it would possibly be stressful for the fish. A single 3 gallon WC might cause less stress. Just a thought.
Also not sure if you should hold water changes if you dose espom? Maybe

Hard to say. Don’t know if it’s gravel. Will have to see how it progresses.
