Man that is horrible. I couldn't imagine what I'd do if that happened to my 125g...let alone what'd I do if I caught the guy in the act...

Really sorry to hear that, I'd be in a tear fueled blind rage. I'd have had no qualms or regrets killing the bastard, well except the jail time.

As far as pay back, dead people don't suffer slip him some kiddie porn and call the cops.

If anyone did this to my house, I would be searching craigslist, calling local and non local pawn shops, ebay. If I caught them during the act I would stab them ( I have two knifes in my room, for uhh...aquarium stuff)

Do you think maybe getting the camera in the mail the day before could have had something to do with it? Im a paranoid guy I know but if you put the box in a community dumpster and someone saw it or saw it in the garbage in front of your house that could have been why they broke in. None of this explains why the hell someone would smash a tank that is just absolute sociopath destructive behavior. Just remember Karma buddy.

:nilly: I caught some people in my back yard it never crossed my mind to hurt them as California is so sue happy I reccomend against this. The only time I ever had to really lay in to someone was on vacation in Hawaii a local tried to steal my wallet while I was in the shower after a hard training session. I threw my training shorts on and chased him down and served some concrete style justice (The quickly switched hotels as to not wind up dead from his rage later on)

Firstly i want to say that i am very mad right now at those people.
But also this thread has become chaos, everybody says the exact same thing along with a lot of swearing, seriously it is not very nice when threads deteriorate. also people have been threatening violence and death to someone who broke the tanks. seriously the theif would probably be armed, secondly killing somebody is stupid and would just put yourself in jail for the rest of your life if not more serious.
please stop the nonsense!
