Grabbing leftover shrim and silverside from behind a pile of driftwood, didn't think to check if my 15 inch wolffish was back thier intill I poked his side and he exploded out of the pile. I shreaked and my parents came running to room.
This has happened to me quite a few times.... I had this 12 inch green LED bubbler strip and at night when I'd be in bed with the lights off the fish tank would shine on the opposite wall and a 10 inch oscar looks like hes a couple feet long when the shadow is projected across the room... Has caught me off guard a few times and made me think someone was in my basement ahahah. not a cool thing to wake up to
when i was trying to pet a pleco for the first time. pleco freaked so i freaked and i scratched my skin off from the rim of my tank.plecos rough skin and these baby soft hands dont mix man i tell you
