Carinotetraodon borneensis

Size: 2”
pH: 6.0-7.5
Tank size: 20G/Individual
Country of origin: Malaysian Borneo
Diet: Live and frozen foods. It is imperative that you provide some sort of hard food
Temperament: Nippy, though can be kept with certain fast-moving fish

Japanese Barramundi
Lates japonicus

Size: 4’
pH: 7.0-8.0
Tank size: 800G/Individual
Country of origin: Japan
Diet: Most live, frozen, and prepared foods of an appropriate size will suffice
Temperament: Aggressive, may tolerate similarly-sized fish
Temperature: 75-80° F
sg: 1.000-1.025

Australian Lungfish
Neoceratodus forsteri

Size: 4’
pH: 6.5-8.0
Tank size: 550G/Individual
Country of origin: Australia
Diet: Most live, frozen, and prepared foods of an appropriate size will suffice
Temperament: Aggressive
Temperature: 70-80° F

Description

Neoceratodus forsteri is a very large, prehistoric fish, whose family has been around for millions and millions of years. However, this fish is the only remaining species of its family-- and one of only six remaining lungfish species, of which there were possibly once hundreds. Though some report that these fish can successfully be kept in a monster community, they still have a bad temper and a strong bite. Other than that, they are very hardy and easy to feed. This is the only lungfish that cannot survive in completely dry conditions for long.

Tank size: 125G/Individual
Country of origin: United States, Canada

Full strength marine is by no means recommended for this species. Serves as an important food fish.
