Chubby is def on my drool list ...but I have no more room for anymore tanks.

what's the L number on these guys? i'm trying to get my LFS to order them and he wants to know. i saw someone mention L56, but i'm not sure that's right?

Why does it seem like the chubby pleco and L056 are different species on Planetcatfish.com?

It would appear that according to planetcatfish that P. aurantiacus does not have an L-number. According to other sources the number for the species is L056. If you check out the gallery on plecofanatics.com several pictures of P. aurantiacus are labeled with the same L number

Mislabeling by various people. I remember them once being referred to as p. cf. aurantiacus.
