I don't know if I have seen any Tats much over a foot though.
Usually slow growers....when young you might get an inch a month out of them, but most cases yield 1/2in /mo.
I think some of the reason we don't see big Tats is cause people get impatient waiting for them to get big and just end up getting an Armatus.....which then eats, kills, or forces the owners to get rid of the Tats.
