Pilchard is REAL oily.... i'd be cautious about feeding pilchards and some of them are salted aswell.
Never tried squid either

I am talking to you, and I know that you guys live in highrise buildings...
Doesnt mean you cant just go to the waters edge and start catching smelts...
Thats what everyone around here does..
