Ok so I decided that I did not want to ship this guy across the country at a bigger size. A really good friend is now taking care of this bbxb. I don’t know if I will ever have another one like it. It has been growing at a tremendous rate and almost every day a bit more blue/ purple comes out.

my friend who is taking this one has a bigger rank for it to live in, and is a more experienced aro keeper than I am. He has recently made an account on here so stay tuned, I think he may make his own thread to document the next round of this guys life.

here are the last few pics I snapped before sending him to the new home. Excuse the glare, but it was best to capture the colours in daylight.

Today I just touched base with my friend about this aro. And yes, definitely kicking myself for letting this one go, but it was all good because he is taking good care of it and I’m happy I didn’t have to move this big beast across the country.
