Your first ever tank.

My first tank ever was about 3 years ago. A 29 with 4 baby O's. Things have changed quite a bit since then. Still have the original tank & gravel though.

ten gallon with a JD that lived for 3 years with 1 water change.

mine was about a 2 gallon fish bowl with one fantail and one black moor. they lived for eight months. wish i knew what cycling was when i was eight.

I was 12 it was my first big purchase when I got my paper route. I'm 35 now. It was a 29 with what was called then a ac300 now called ac70. I got 2 O's one killed the other after a week and they were about 2-3". I still have the tank operating with the same hob. It has ran the whole time except for 2 of the yrs. I was in the Army. Never had to seal the tank yet either (knock on wood). Anyone else have an AC filter last that long? 21 operating yrs.

Ive had an AC operating for 12 years... Only thing I had to do was change the Oring for the Motor...

First fish ever were two bettas in the cups they came with, first tank was a 2.5 gallon bowfront which one of the bettas moved into.
