YOUR FIRST PIRANHA?

I started about 20yrs ago with 3 reds in a 50 gal. I am from Miami, FL so I had never seen any till I came to Michigan. And the bug hit they excited me with the bulldog shape and fight. The only other fish I liked was the snakeheads but they are outlaw. Snakeheads are some beasts, my friends love to come see them more than my reds. Now I just started back my 150 gal with 10 2 inch reds and 3 exdons. i wish I could get some young red snakeheads too.
Sounds like a great setup, any pics? We've been trying to find someone cohabing exos with p's for a while now!

Epesiete on piranha keepers has a tank with a shoal of reds, exodons, and even a rhom. So far no deaths. One close call with a exo.

Wow that sounds rad, must be a huge tank or maybe the fish temperament is just right, either way p keepers seems like a more resourceful site for someone like myself who only keeps piranhas (& reptiles on the side) ... Hate to admit defeat but there's only a handful of active piranha guys here. Maybe I'll check it out soon

I cant remember the tank size off the top of my head. I'll go look for the link.
Its really not a bad place. A lot of the guys there are also active here (as im sure youre starting to notice).

always loved them then picked some up 3 years ago and would never buy buy a different fish i love them haha only thing i wish i could get more dif types in ireland very hard to get them shipped in cheap ha great looking pics there rhom is what i really want ha
I'd seen some as a little boy and was amazed; there weren't many places that carried them back in pre-internet times lol.
