It's kinda cool seeing pictures of LFS in other countries. I had no idea some shops sell fish already in the bag like that. I wish I took pics of fish stores in Thailand. There's a huge weekend market there with about 20 fish vendors and I saw a few of them selling red asian arowanas for a few hundred dollars.

yeah Its really pity to see them being sold that way, those fish are being treated badly,
I am a big big big fan of poly, and I have few of them at home, but everytime I see them being sold on the lfs, it makes me wanna buy them all.:D And have a big house with lots of tanks in it.:drool:
 
^ Although it's not the most appropriate way to sell fish, one slight redeeming factor is at least the turnover rate is pretty high, plus normally the fish are bagged in the afternoon and what doesn't get sold at the end of the day gets put back into the community tank...
