$100 for shipping?! Wow. I've never had a fish delivered, is that about normal?? I'm going to venture into more expensive fish soon and will also order them. I think my fish will only travel from further north in the state, so hopefully it won't be too bad.

yeah lol from aquascapeonline. I'm pretty sure they have the highest shipping cost but their fish are very good quality though. It's not normal for fish smaller but larger fish are around that.
You make it sound as if they do an across the board rate for shipping.The distance of your home state from the shipper and how fast you want them to deliver your fish determines the fee...

Yeah,pretty much,with a heat or ice pack depending on the time of year of course.I have heard of some type of sedation but don't any of my shipped fish having it.
Lol,some of those guess what's in the box threads don't pan out to much but photos of tiny fish in bins and shipping labels.
