Your Top 5 Catfish

I can probably do 5 by CATegory, no way I could narrow it down to 5 alone.

Pleco:
Acanthicus Adonis (had it)
Acanthicus Hystrix
L24 Cactus (had it)
Any gigantic panaque, seriously, they all are amazing (had a young panaque, too much sawdust!)
(Don't hate on this, lol!) Longfin, albino, BN plecos. They look like little yellow angels, srsly cool. (had it, spawned 'em)
Bonus: L200 (had it)

Coldwater:
Wels
Blue catfish

Doradid-style:
Megalodoras Uranoscopus
Niger
Granulosus
Amblydoras Nauticus (have it)
Orinocodoras Eigenmanni (have it)

As you can see, I prefer cranky, spiky fish in general.
 
A channel and achara can both pack on size like a champ if properly cared for. They have the potential to sorta kinda keep up with a rtc's growth rate up to about 18" or so. I wouldn't recommend getting either unless you have a bigger tank ready for them.

How many bullheads do you want of each? I can hook you up for cheap.I have 3 species in every mud puddle around here.
1) Wallago attu
2) Tigrinus Cat
3) Gulper Cat-Never owned one
4) Planiceps Cat-Never owned one
5) Juruense Cat, Black Devil Cat, and Flathead Cat ( can't decide)
