Yes mah'Brotha...now this is what I was trying to describe to you...

Hell I might even clear out some space so the entertainment center and tank and patio can be used like it is supposed to be... even the furniture can be used for what it was intended to be used as...

Hopefully you will stop by and then I can rearrange the wooden pieces, and the computer table/flat screen/PS3 area...

I got so much more usable storage space under the tank now, might as well get it ALL done and put together like I had planned...

Ahh HAH!!...doorbell...Hmmmm

very nice. my old pair looked like that but when they got about 6" i decided to take em to the lfs and give em to them because they dont do trades and i live in iowa where the "real" fish keepers are few and far between.
the reason i took mine back is i have a 55g 29g and 10g they were in the 55g alone and i figured better soon then later.

You have definitely provided that pair with a more than generous home. They will thrive for sure.
Thank you....
It would be really easy to overstock and install massive filtration but,
I can really see a difference in giving these two ample room to mill about and have enough space for them to interact without disturbing or being disturbed by other tankmates.

I noticed that they are very imaginative with their games of "hide and seek", "TAG" and my favorite, "tug-o-war" using the plastic plant decor as the rope...

I have a great vantage point to view them from, and I try to stay out of their way while they tend their young. I find it very amusing to see what comes natural to them in a controlled environment.
I know there is going to be no predation, but they don't, and to see the team work they execute when they feel there might be a threat is incredible.
One will confront the possible danger with timidness while the other one comes out of the cover in ambush with total agressiveness...

It is a good thing they do not have big sets of adult teeth yet or I'd be shredded by now...I can do anything in the tank, but one or both of them will manage to give me a healthy nip on my hands, and the Male seems to do the nip, nip, "bite and hold on" thing. It's probably because they are with babies, and they chance nothing to protect them...

To tell you the truth, I enjoy spending more time now with these two, than any other combination of Exotics, monsters or otherwise...These two are much more interesting to me, than pumping large quantities of food into large fish and stressing about the water parameters, all the time...
