All cuts are done and 1st Sanding of surfaces to be screwed together are finished.

I'll be using standard PVC cement and #8 - 3" galvanized screws.
It's hard to find stainless steel screws in this type, so I went with the next best thing...

I was concerned with the screws all being spaced the same, so I made this Jig to keep things uniform.
I'm using a #8 countersink bit and will make the heads of the screws stop just under the surface of the boards. I'll be able to fill and smooth it out prior to painting...

I will start assembly and post more pics later...

You are highly unlikely to find 2w LED x-mas lights. Especially at Wally World & definitely not for 7 bucks. The x-mas lights we're looking at here are .5w rated, but the actual draw will vary a bit. The pics look great, so keep us updated!

I have 3.3 watt LED xmas lights. bright as hell.

there are 120 of them and it cost me like $19.25

Looking at your spelling, it looks like last night's beers are still in your system

Happy belated birthday bud :D :D
Tanks Brother...
Once a year is all for me, now days...

Now back in the day, it was the start of the party, and right around Feb sometime, I'd become coherent again...:naughty:
Birthday, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years all rolled up into one nice tidy party.
Then, it would take me all Spring to fix everybody/everything up...
of course that was back when I knew I was bulletproof...:screwy:
Now, I'm sure I'm not...

Sometime during the year I was 34 is when I became mortal. I started 34 out like I was 21, and when I turned 35 I had a 2 month old son.

Its amazing that now 2 years of having a kid have aged me more than the previous 34..

More like "fifty-one" chronologically, physiologically "one-fifty"
