Hello; Having worked in public schools for a number of decades and being familiar with both friendly and violent 17 year old's, I fail to see what the age has to do with it. A 17 year old male can have the capacity to do bodily injury equal to or above that of any other person of most any age.

Being a male on the north side of my mid sixties. If I were attacked by one, I would not look upon a 17 year old male as a child.
 
Hello; I am interested in reading the opinions of other members about this. I hope the moderators will consider blocking the posts of those who resort to vulgar or other offensive language and allow the discussion to continue among those that do not use such language.

That was exactly my point. Too many ppl are calling Martin a "kid". If the tables had been turned he would have been charged as an adult no question about it.
