You could try malachite green and triple sulfa along with salt at one teaspoon per 5 gallons of water.

I added a medication for bacterial infections but i only had 250 gallons worth. I also, turned off the drip system so the meds and salt stay in the tank. I will post a pic when i get home of the med bottle.

I used the recommended dosage with this for 250 gallons.

The pimple-looking things seem to be smaller. Also, they turned red 2 days ago and now are sliver again. <-- (about pimple-looking things)

In this instance methylene blue and malachite green will give similar results. However MB is very hard on beneficial bacteria so when using it in the main tank you have to keep a close eye on your parameters. I usually suggest MG for main tanks and MB as a bath or used in a hospital tank. The med you are using MB & nitro should work as well as the MG 3X I suggested. It is a little harsher but if you watch the water you will be fine.

I lost 2 dragonblood peacocks today but the rest of the fish look a little better than yesterday. Thanks for the advice because it seems to be working.
