What is your policy on tipping wait staff?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
well, i do it because i'm nice even though i disagree with the concept.

Go find a restaurant that doesn't require tips, and includes the servers pay in the price of the food.

Let us know how the service is.

Next window, please.

how did i know mexicans and african americans would be brought into this? As for race, pro red soxs, anti yankees

Well I don't like to tip, but I tip anyways, and I'm an American.

That EEOC doesn't list "American" as a choice on job applications the last time I filled one out.

Didn't know posting on MFK was equivalent to filling out a legal document :screwy:

Oooops, I meant to say,

Race should not be brought into this, because as everyone knows, wait staff does NOT profile their customers!

What restaurant requires tips?

Oh you are so right! Silly me, I used the incorrect word. You know it's true though! Your service would suck or the food would be so expensive that you wouldn't want to eat there if tips weren't a part of the experience.

I see, but isn't that why eating out is so expensive already? It's no secret that you could make them same meal at home for pennies on the dollar. The jacked up price, IMO, includes the experience of being at a restaurant, having people prepare your food, and serve you. Otherwise, what are we paying for?

lmao I didn't know putting a check beside your race on an anonymous piece of paper was equivalent to filling out a legal document.

Are you sure you know what a legal document is? lol
