Really i didnt know this.... But i am 100% sure my tank cycled... Even after a wc i should have nitrates????.. I thought wc takes out nitrates.... I would think by doing a water change every other day would keep my nitrates at 0..... This is new to me now u got me worried that my tank didn't cycle right.... But there is no way i know its cycled.... I m worried now?!?!?!

If anything a 25% WC will not take all of the nitrates out some, but not all. What was your nitrates before the WC?

Most tap water has a small amount of nitrate in it, so even with a 100% water change you'd expect some nitrates. You should always run tests on your tap water initially so you have a baseline.
It's difficult to tell with just a picture, but I know when I do water changes my tank can look a bit cloudy from tons of micro bubbles that my filter outlets spray out around the tank for about a day, then back to crystal clear the next day.
