Im getting ready to move my fish 1700 miles to Portland. Any tips?

I got rid of most of my fish. Including my fry, I had 110 total. I just kept a few favorites. Had some very large cichlids i would have loved to keep, but I don't think they would have made the trip.

Oh man im sore... I unloaded the entire truck by myself today. Anyways the fish are in tanks now. Sure they are in bare tanks, but they got heat and filteration

They all look fine. They all went straight to eating right after I moved them. I still have to keep an eye on water quality because im not sure how my bacteria held during the trip, but I think they will all be good now.

Did you keep any filter media in with the fish or was it separate.
