What's with the zones anyways? Well he didn't pull the guy outta the water so how did he violate policy?
They can't even help someone who was outta their zone who was pulled out by someone else??

Its my understanding that these "zones" exist everywhere. For example, if my boyfriend's house were to start on fire, the firestation a mile from his house couldn't do anything about it because he's in another township. He'd have to wait for the volunteers from apx 10 miles down the road to show up.
I have no idea what the point of it all is...its stupid. Like Ecoli said.... sad world we live in....
Its a damn selfish world we live in now a days where no one wants to help the next person out... or in this case, where the greedy corporations want to make as much as possible by doing as little as possible...
